About this Site

The Support Shelf shares practical, low-effort supports for families navigating ADHD, IEPs, and hard days. Everything here is designed to reduce stress and make learning and home life feel a little more manageable — without the pressure to be perfect.

About Me

Born and raised in New York City, I am a single mother of two children navigating school and learning in real time. I have experience working across grades from Pre-K through 8th grade and have spent many years supporting students and families in educational settings. This site reflects what I’ve learned along the way as an Educator and a Mom — especially on the days when things don’t go as planned.

I’m far from perfect. And this site is not about perfection. It’s about sharing practical supports that might help on the days when energy and capacity are low. Days that I have and still experience!
